Our History

Our story began in 1968 in Eşme district of Uşak, the charming province of our Aegean, known for its green nature. Our founder, our esteemed elder Halil Gedik, who is also our Honorary President, laid the first foundations of the company with live chicken breeding. Seven years later, in 1975, he continued to work by slaughtering 25 chickens daily by groping.

Over time, he started to slaughter all of the chickens he raised himself and laid the first foundations of integration. When Osman Gedik, the second generation, took over the business, he established the first slaughterhouse with a daily capacity of 10 thousand chickens in Eşme in a short time and completed the integration with the feed factory, hatchery and breeding farms in the following years.

When the capacity of the existing slaughterhouse could not meet the demand over time, a second and larger slaughterhouse was built in Eşme district. Today, we are slaughtering a total of 400,000 chickens daily in two slaughterhouses with more than two thousand employees. In addition, in our advanced processed facility, we have the capacity to produce a total of 7,000 tons of advanced processed products, including 500 tons of doner, 3,000 tons of delicatessen, 3,500 tons of cooked and coated products per month, and we have become a giant food company that ranks among the top 500 companies published by ISO every year and exports to approximately thirty-six countries.

Together with our employees, we have succeeded in becoming an enterprise that never compromises on quality and continues to work with the understanding that every product produced in the facility is primarily consumed by itself. One of our most important features that we are proud of is to provide healthy products to our people with the naturalness and taste of the chickens we raise in our region, and we continue to support the national economy by providing a very serious employment in the region.
